How we work.

Nothing like a typical software rollout. No IT project, no six-month timeline. We build it together around your process, and we stay on to make changes whenever you need them.

01 · What you bring

Bring one process.

The one that costs the most. Usually it is one of these three.

01The one that still routes by email.
02The one that waits on a printer.
03The one that lives in a spreadsheet one person keeps.

You don't need to write anything down first, and you don't need to bring anyone technical. You know how it runs today. That's all we need.

02 · The first conversation

A thirty-minute conversation.

You tell us about the process that's giving you trouble and how you want it to work. We ask questions. Then we show you what one of these looks like once it's built, so you can picture yours.

By the end of the call you'll know whether this is the right fit and roughly what it would look like.

03 · The build

We build it together.

The build happens on a video call, about an hour. You and whoever else touches the process walk us through it as it actually runs, which is often the first time the whole thing has been in one conversation. We build it as you talk, change it in real time as you tell us more and we ask questions, and by the end of the hour most processes are built.

Some take more than one call. A process that has crossed three offices for twenty years has steps nobody wrote down, because they lived in whoever was carrying it. You take the first version back and run it, and you come back knowing what it missed. We change it on the next call the same way, as you tell us and we ask. That back and forth is how the hidden steps get found, and it's the reason the process comes out right instead of close.

Decided on those calls, built by us
The routing
Who it goes to, in what order, and what happens when that person is out.
The reminders
When it asks again, and who it asks.
The exceptions
The cases that do not follow the usual path, because there are always some.
The record
Who submitted it, who approved it, when, and what it said at the time.

You don't leave with a to-do list.

04 · After it's live

We stay on.

The people who built it are the people you reach afterward. No handoff, no ticket queue, no template to adapt on your own.

Four weeks after it goes live, we call to hear how it's running and fix anything that isn't. That call goes on the calendar before you launch. On it, we set the next one, because a month of real use turns up things a week can't.

The check-ins come to you.

It gets changed. That's the arrangement.
05 · What this is

What you hand off, and what you keep.

You're not learning a tool. You're handing us the work that moves a process from start to finish, and keeping every decision that was ever yours.

Bring us the first one.

Come with the process that's costing you the most. We'll talk it through together and show you how it could work in your office. No slide deck. No generic walkthrough.

06 · Questions

Questions we hear before the first call.

Do we need IT involved?
No. You don't need to bring anyone technical. You know how it runs today, and that's all we need.
How long does it take to build?
The build happens on one video call, about an hour. Some processes take a second call to find the steps nobody wrote down.
What if the process changes later?
Email the person who built it. A new signer, a new step, one more field, no problem. That's the arrangement.
How is it priced?
We price it per process so the office that needs it can say yes on its own.
