For transportation directors

For the work that keeps your transportation department running.

We build the processes your department runs on. The write-up that has to reach a principal, the vehicle somebody needs on a date, the repair order, the time off that has to be covered. We build them with you, they run online, and we're still here when they need to change.

Nobody walked any of it anywhere.
01 · Today

Right now it travels the long way.

A duplicate form filled out by hand, sent by inter-department mail or scanned and emailed, answered on the same sheet, walked back. A request that reaches you as an email from a teacher, and a second email a week later asking whether you saw the first one. A repair somebody mentioned to somebody in the yard.

Five days, four hands, one sheet of paper.

By the time a write-up gets back to the driver, the student has ridden the bus four more times.

02 · The desk

The work that touches your desk.

01
Bus conduct write-ups
Written by a driver, handled by a principal, answered back to the driver. Most of it happens outside your office and all of it is yours.
02
Vehicle and fleet use requests
A field trip, a team on Friday, a staff member with travel attached to a professional development request. Somebody has to say whether a vehicle and a driver exist that day.
03
Repair and mechanic shop orders
What's wrong, who reported it, what got done, on record.
04
Driver time off
Requested, approved, and in front of whoever builds coverage.
And if the one costing you the most is not on this list, it is still this kind of work. That one is usually the place to start.
03 · How it gets built

Built around how your department already works.

That trip in between is the part we build with you, around how your department already moves it. Your drivers fill out a form. Your principals handle a write-up the way they handle it now. The steps stay the steps, the people stay the people, and nobody learns a different way of doing anything.

What goes away is the carrying.
That's the work we take off your hands.
04 · What it looks like moving

“Since we developed our Bus Conduct Form with Flow Forms this process has changed significantly. The driver writes a student up and within moments this can be routed to a principal. They can deal with the information and reply how it was handled. A copy of how it was handled arrives back to the driver's email. All of this can happen within a few hours vs the days it took previously.”

05 · Tomorrow

Once it's running.

A driver finishes a route, writes somebody up on a phone in the yard, and has the principal's answer before the next run. A teacher asking for a bus gets an answer the same day, and you knew about the trip before the principal approved it. The shop has the repair with the vehicle and the person who reported it already on it. Coverage gets built on time off you saw coming.

Still here in two years, exactly as it was.

All of this, and all anyone does is fill out a form. That is a transportation department where the work moves and nobody carries it.

Bring us the first one.

Start with bus conduct, or start with whatever is costing you the most. We'll talk it through together and show you how it could work in your department. No slide deck. No generic walkthrough.

06 · Questions

Questions we hear from every department.

What happens when the approver is out?
The process routes to whoever covers for them. You decide who that is when we build it, and a request never sits waiting on one person to come back.
Do drivers need an account?
No. A driver opens a form on a phone and fills it out. Nobody signs in, and nobody installs anything.
Does this replace our transportation software?
No. Whatever you use for routing and fleet stays where it is. We build the processes that live outside it.
Can I pull a write-up back up a year from now?
Yes. Who submitted it, who handled it, when, and what it said at the time.
How is it priced?
Per process, so the office that needs it can say yes on its own.
Who builds it?
We do, with you, on a video call while you watch. Nothing like a typical software rollout. No IT project, no six-month timeline, and we stay on to make changes whenever you need them.
